Jeff Garcia the QB in 24 Hour Fitness. Was alright but didnt really stand out.
I outran him down the court on a 1 on 1 fast break :D

Donald Driver, Green Bay Packers WR in junior high. He was maybe 5'-6" at most and could dunk in 7th grade

Omar Benson Miller aka Sol George the fat guy in 8 Mile, in a basketball league. He actually had some decent skills but just too big and got winded easy.

I guarded World B. (Lloyd) Free in a 5-on-5 full court game at Guiford College right after he had been drafted in the first round and signed with the Sixers. It was ugly... I was the only guy there who didn't know who he was; that's how I ended up checking him. Others were too informed and too smart.

Played basketball often with country music star Vince Gill at the downtown YMCA in Nashville back in the 80's.

Also played against former Vanderbilt and NBA journeyman Charles Davis. He was cool because he didn't try to dominate, just shot long jumpers when he could have drove on us every time he had the ball.

JR Giddens is probably the most famous. I've played with a ton of OU football players.

Joe Morris, former NY Giants Running Back. He was just strolling down my street one day walking his dog when he saw me and my friend throwing a football and he started talking to us and told us who he was and that he was staying with an aunt that happened to live on the street behind mine. He stopped and played a game of 21 with me and my friends. Pretty cool.

Played against Daniel Gibson in AAU when I was in maybe 8th grade, in Salukis league. Also, I know pretty well, and grew up playing with Nic Wise from Arizona. That kid was the best I ever played with hands down, so quick and so strong. Even at a young age I always thought that he would be an NBA star.

Played in tournaments against the teams of Lil Romeo, the son of Lil Troy.

I played baseball for years on a select team that played other leagues, and played against Coby Clemens many times. I've seen and talked to Roger between 3-5 times as he would come out and throw with us, talk to us, mostly I guess just to inspire us. I remember that he would pitch in the cage to Coby and at least a hundred dads and sons would just stand in silence and watch, nobody would dare disturb him.

Did he play shirts or skins? I'm guessing skins.
