Eh....I would have said that too, until I got a chance to watch them a few times. It's not just that they play unintelligent basketball but that the way they score so many points is downright boring: jacking up three after three on every possession. Even though D'Antoni's dumbed-down system allows his untalented team with a short rotation to stay competitive against better talent, it's not pretty to watch.
I thought the Blazers were awesome up until their game against the Mavs last night, it was so awful I couldn't help but hate Brandon Roy and every other knucklehead on that team.. the thing with me is, I value intelligence the most in the game of basketball.. Steve Nash = the greatest, because he's always in the game, he knows at any given time what the hell he's doing.. the Trailblazers were acting like they were on another planet, they had their heads up their a$$e$ and they were flat out terrible to watch. The Warriors were my favorite team to watch (for entertainment) followed by the Suns.. but considering obvious changes, they're not even close to being entertaining right now, and they both suck.. I used to like the nets because of Jason Kidd, he's gone to Dallas, and everytime I see Jason Terry check in with that smart ass smirk on his face, my entire day is ruined.. I freaking hate this mofo.. I think the team I enjoyed watching the most this year is the Knicks (never thought I'd say that in my entire life) in that game against the Lakers on NBA TV.. they were owning them the whole way and freaking Nate Robinson, who I used to hate, was simply electrifying.. they ended up losing but you just can't do anything but appreciate Nate Robinson and Lee's effort..
lakers-kobe, best player warriors-anything can happen, just like how they beat celtics today knicks-de antoni's system is fun to watch, even some guy called duhon can score and rack up assists
Well, it is definitely not the Rockets. Watching them is as exciting as getting an enema. The Blazers are fun to watch. Loads of raw talent and they jump like kangaroos.
Excluding the Rockets, it's the Blazers by far. After them the Cavs. After those two, I like to watch a bunch of teams fairly equally (Magic, Bulls, Lakers, Celts and others). It depends on the matchups. But I watch every Blazers game, period, and most of the Cavs games. It's a really good thing the NBA came up with NBALP Broadband.
NO, cuz i like to watch the competition. lakers games, just so i can root against them. I hardly watch any eastern games unless it's the celtics cuz of ray allen.
teams i like to watch outside of the rockets t-wolves--see development of jefferson and love thunder- westbrook and durant grizzlies--soon if francis gets some playing time clippers--steve novak and baron davis blazers--so much young talent magic --hedo, dwight, rashard, nelson teams i cant stand watching at all bobcats nets mavericks
The only teams I have watched outside of the Rockets are the Pistons, Celtics, Warriors, Magic and Cavs. I wouldn't say I find them exciting so much as I enjoy watching them play. I only get excited when I am watching a Rockets game.
Without a doubt the Hawks are number 1. Watch a Josh Smith dunk once, I dare ya Blazers would come in a distant second
Portland, all those good young players. I like watching them play more than the Rockets......I love the Rockets, but hate how they compete. All the Portland guys play hard and are so skilled.....they are going to be a beast for years. DD
Portland. Roy - Awesome player, game winners, long 3's, inside and outside, great j Outlaw - seems like he never misses, long athletic Fernandez - high flying crowd favorite Oden - explanatory Blake - does the guy ever miss from 3? I just love the effort these young guys give every night. Something the Rockets lack. AHEM...
Speaking of Portland, I watched most of the first half tonight against the Celts but got interrupted. I can't believe they won the game without Brandon Roy. Looked like it was going to be a blowout early. I'm sure glad NBALP Broadband has replay. My favorite team to watch besides the Rockets and I end up missing perhaps their most exciting game of year.
