The only poster on this site I DON'T hate is Tinman. He is the only one who fights the noble fight to remind the newbies about Rockets history. Even his little gaffe about forgetting the origin of the Rockets is forgiven. The rest of you just generally suck. Spoiler That's what she said
one of the most annoying is the one that posts in italics, when I see his name I usually skip his posts. And I dont get it either the hate for Swoly, why is such a problem, that he posts with emoticons?
SwoLy is annoying - no doubt about it but I don't know if I would have done a thread calling him out on it (although I have had my moments here where I started some threads that I wished I hadn't...). The thing about him is that he comes across that he is posting this stream of consciousness thing but it is littered with emoticons and it makes you say after you get done reading, "wtf?" The person that said that it was similar to heypartner is onto something. The constant quoting of "that's what she said" is older than the hills and was played out a long time ago.

The most annoying thing about Swoly is that he doesn't put a carriage return after quoting another post. Like this. Also, he's a self-proclaimed grammar and spelling expert who doesn't realize "proofreading" isn't hyphenated.
Dude, I actually had that post loaded up with emoticons and I kept getting a message that said, "1.You have included too many images in your signature or in your previous post. Please go back and correct the problem and then continue again. Images include use of smilies, the vB code tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator." It then wouldn't allow me to post my message! I told myself, "Well, looks like SwoLy got the last laugh here."
I'm sure he's liked just fine. This is really just the boiling over of frustration regarding his "That what she said" nonsense. I doubt anyone really believes Swoly is the most annoying poster on the BBS
Its quite the opposite for me. I can deal with DaDa's posting and Swoly's ... but Tinman is the only 99'er that doesn't post anything of relevance. He takes pride in trying to show his Fandom by screaming at new posters and trying to show his knowledge of the past by shouting the following: VERNON MAXWELL! 1994! I mean if this guy was truly knowledgeable about the Rox he would know the Rox came from San Diego... (the people that have been here for a while will remember this) Just cause the sig says 2000+ doesn't mean you became a fan in 2000+

Why don't you explain how you know so much about Rox history but you didn't know the Rox didn't originate in Houston? I mean I agree that the YOF and the TOF get annoying but everyone started somewhere.
