I'm going to stick with portions that limit intake to around 25g of whey protein per serving because I'll probably just fart the rest out as I don't have an American hemi ford tough stomach. Positive reps all around. And it's not just any rep, it's a positive rep coming from #4. Take a screenshot, post it on your fridge, and cherish the moment because you've earned it. If this doesn't give you a warm feeling inside, nothing will.
