I wouldn't exactly consider purposely pushing a police officer with your car as minor. Sure there was no permanent harm done but it's just kind of a nutty thing to do.

As far as Culpepper shouting at Moss, did you see the play before the incident? Moss tried to catch a ball with one hand when he could have easily caught the ball with two hands and instead of a catch, it turned into an interception. Yes, the pass was a bit high but I think that Culpepper was justified in yelling at Moss. As quarterback and team leader, I think that Culpepper needed to yell at Moss.

Moss to Oakland would be a disaster for Denver and all the AFC West . Deltha O'Neal gets schooled by Tim Brown regularly and who can cover Moss if he wants to play? Gannon to Moss would be almost unfair. He is a nut case but one heck of a talent. Guys like this seem to play well after coming to Oakland. This trades not going to happen but it would be awesome if it did.

Heard on the radio that one of (the only?) charges is expected to be 2nd degree felony assault.

Like I said before, bring it on. The Broncos are like 11-3 against the Raiders with Shanahan in charge. I think Mike can handle the nutcase.

And you're selling O'Neal short, Scary. Dude must have not been getting "schooled" too much to have 9 interceptions last season.

God, you have got to love Raider fans! Always have to get a dig on the Broncos, no matter what the topic is!:p

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune is reporting that Moss has been released from jail and will face two misdemeanor charges, careless driving and failing to obey a traffic officer. Both offenses carry up to 90 days in the can and a $1,000 fine.

Who here wants to bet that if it was one of us who did this, we would be facing felony charges with a minimum of five years?

Moss was just pointing out to the officer why he doesn't go across the middle of the field

Freakin' misdemeanor? Both the prosecutor and judge had announced that he would be treated "just like any other person". What a joke.

They found a joint in his car, but he's not being charged with that either. I'm sure he'll be pissing in a cup for the NFL soon.

Moss said he was treated well at the jail, but added, "It was lonely. It was nervewracking." Told the the traffic control agent had been injured, Moss responded only with "OK."

What a complete & total piece of ****.

While Denver may be 11-3 vs Oakland in the past 14 games however they still remain down in the head-to-head matchup by a 50-31-2 mark so if we are bringing up history...

Last season was a split and I expect the same this year.

Deltha O'neal is a very good corner. However he seems to have alot of trouble with Timmy. I watched both games last year and grandpa Tim had a couple TD's vs Deltha and looked like he was 25 again. I am not slamming Denver I just think Moss would be hella-hard for any team to cover opposite Brown or Rice. I only used Denver because they are the toughest opponent in the division (plus that Al Davis remark).
    ;)

Good luck and see you Nov 11th in Invesco and Dec 22nd in the Black Hole.

    Scary,

I was just playing with you as you probably suspected. It is never too early to start trash-talking (tongue-in-cheek wise) with Raider fans like you and moe.

I am really surprised that the Broncs are 3-0 as I am still unconvinced that Griese can lead them to a Super Bowl; however, I have learned to never count them out because of Shanahan.

I think it will probably be a split as well, and I wish you and moe good luck as well.
