    apparently they had the first five picks as the the first five on their draft board... 6 was Patterson

    So if they had made deals to get into the top five they would have likely chosen Cousins or Favors... once those five were gone Patrick was the guy they wanted.

    NO to Stat. Why would you want a defenseless overpaid big who made a living off of Nash? Bosh at least created his own shots, how good will Stat be if Nash wasn't there? We don't exactly have a pass first pg. And how will he work with yao when he couldn't work with Shaq?

    I guessed this was the case as well, since the top 5 seemed to be the same for everyone. But is that confirmed or speculation?

    Unless Adelman puts in a 2-3 zone, there is no way we ever see Bosh at the SF...
