I love most of the Morey's moves after the draft. Since the team did not make the playoffs in the last three seasons, there is a need to change, good or bad. If those are good moves, we are going to win some games and get into playoffs next season, which is all we want to see. If those are bad moves, we are going to be in good position for high draft pick after next season, which would be good for the club. so either way, we will have better future again.
Morey is a F#cking horrible GM!!! I'm tired of his bull$hit. We need a different owner as well. Les is such a cheap GM. At this point I'd rather have Mark Cuban over Les's cheap ass. He's in it for the money and Morey is his moneyball guy. You can't be contender if you don't spend money. F U Les and F ur butt buddy Morey
Huh, so the man (Morey) can do no wrong in your eyes? Dear God, it's the rise of the MOF, the worst only fans ever.
Exactly or some bizarre buddhist approach to being GM, the best direction is to have no direction at all, so sayeth the Morey.
They are not moves. He struck out and was forced into this direction. Big difference. Not getting every single one of your targeted players does not count as a move.
Out of curiousity, what does letting one established PG leave over a few million and offering nearly the same amount to a 20-game unproven wonder kid? Would that be classified as "a move"?
i think Les has agreed to tank, that's the only explanation. there's no possible way you could believe that you can compete with our current roster.
I've been on record as a Morey advocate and also as saying this was the time for him to prove himself. With that said - all he's proven is that it took him three years to convince les what everyone knew at the onset. At this point, all moves were for naught.
and just as I believe there are coaches for different points in a teams existence... I believe that morey is a gm for a good/great team, but am not convinced he has any clue what he is doing for a rebuilding one.
And from the "this just in" department (by way of The Basketball Jones): Houston Rockets trade remaining point guards for future bag of avocados http://blogs.thescore.com/tbj/2012/...ocados/?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter This is good stuff
