Can we trade Phoenix's med staff for ours and cash?

We've got the best med center in the world, I hope things will turn out okay.

Right here waiting to see if it really happens. If Tmac was told he would need surgery he would have mentioned it...repeatedly.

I guess Tmac wasnt being a Mclady....

if true... the dude gets a pass on the season... and the playoffs...

what this means... is we need to limit Tmacs and Yao's minutes... I think I/we have mostly been saying that for atleast a few years now....

the only people who said it was okay for our stars to play more than 35 minutes a game during the regular season... were the guys in the camp they needed to play big minutes day in and day out... for the playoffs

I think Morey can't be sure about that so that is not true. Let's hope they can heal on their own but if they need to....

I only wanna see HEALTHLY team in next season, fighting fir Championship

did he specify tracy's knee? or could it be his shoulder?

what's wrong with his shoulder? it's been a while and i've forgotten. didn't he bruise it colliding with someone going for a loose ball?

One problem could be that they play too many minutes during the regular season. Just a guess.

I think it's his knee. He was obviously limping last night. :(

    DOH! How could I forget?

Seems a lifetime ago we had him back in uniform here, and then he was gone...

I have my doubts, but I REALLY hope he can come back and play a role on this team next season.

Obviously, Tracy McGrady is just lying and Morey's in on it. He probably paid him some hush money and told him to mention Rafer and Shane so it wouldn't look obvious. The guy never plays through injuries, he's just a lazy, weak individual. He might be lying about his back problems too, he never had scoliosis.

He was just making that excuse to cover his behind when he shot 38% (wait, no). He made the excuse so he would look good after shooting 50%.

Maybe he was just being overly candid with the media, as always, and telling everything he's been told and knows about the situation. Or he and Morey are just lying.

Good post. Why is it so hard for some people to believe they are just plain WRONG?

it's not his heart. his game is too easy to take away b/c all he does is shoot. gotta improve his game.

You misremembered just like Travis Johnson and Roger Clemens.

Head is the Scarecrow, needs a brain.

T-Mac is the Tinman, needs a heart. :p

And the entire Utah Jazz are Cowardly Lions, they need to stop flopping and man-up, play the game it was meant to be played instead of cheating their way through the playoffs.

Almost all our starters will go under the knife. This cannot be good.

Damn, I wish they'd just give up and rest up for the summer, no reason in risking careers if you're playing with injuries that require surgery. We may be able to beat Utah, but I doubt we'd be able to beat the Spurs/Lakers. :(

I really hope the injuries are not serious.

The Rockets medical staff has not said he needs surgery. I didn't hear the interview with Morey but it sounds like he never said specifically the Tmac needs surgery. Couple that with the exaggeration about the elbow "it's a torn" when it was a mild sprain and common sense tells me to believe it when I see it when it comes to Tmac.

Why is it so hard for the Tmac apologists to factor in history, a pattern of behavior and common sense when forming opinions?

Didn't Hill sit out the last two games with an injury?
