I hope Covington gets huge minutes. He can be as good as Bosh in our system.

Nice call by Bima. Next up will be the signings of Garcia, Casspi, and Williams.

As someone else noted, we've got 15 guys under contract now. I still wouldn't rule out using the mini-mid level on someone (Daniel Gibson or a big?) or signing another vet - especially up front.

Another Happy Walters special. These are great investments. Add in a singed Isaiah Cannon, and we've added some nice young talent this offseason.

Meanwhile we've got DMo, Smith, and Jones in their 2nd years, developing nicely. That's 6 good assets Morey can use to make the team better by either playing and developing them or trading them.

We've got all our picks and a bunch of extra 2nd rounders.

The youth movement figures to continue. Love how Morey keeps infusing the team with young talent.

Young has some Reggie Jackson in his game. He was projected as a top-10 pick by DraftExpress until a few months into the season.

He's long, explosive, athletic, and has natural scoring instincts. His length at 6'3" (I think his wingspan was like 6'9") makes him an interesting combo-type. His J is a little funky, but he was deadly in his freshman year (41% from three). But with more attention, his form failed him in his sophomore year (only 23%).

Covington is a smart player who doesn't have many glaring weaknesses. He also has great length (7'2" wingspan at 6'7"), and has a nice catch and shoot arsenal. I think he's the type of guy who knows his role and will make the most of it if the opportunity presents itself. Young is more of a wildcard.

One of the best mixes of proven talent and raw potential that I've seen in a long time.

If I had to rate each position relative to the current NBA, where 5 is the NBA average, I'd say:
    PG - 5.5/10
    SG - 9/10
    SF - 7/10
    PF - 4/10
    C - 10/10

I would hope his dream is better than a minimum wage contract. :)

Plus the "room exception". Someone's gotta go. Great mix of talent though.

This is gonna be an exciting team to watch.

I remember when Chuck Hayes was starting at Center.
Now, Dwight Howard is starting at Center, backed up by one of the best Centers in the NBA.

    My, how times have changed!

Young's rep is Happy Walters from Dwight's agency.

Well, we don't have to us the exception - if there is no one we consider sign worthy we cold just let it go - or maybe Morey used part of it to sign Covington and Young to Parson like deals...
