Morey, please sign a decent PF first before signing Lewis

    It will be nice if Morey is just playing the ball. He did what he said on the draft though.

    when you say decent PF, you mean to say elton brand? dwight howard? tim duncan? theyre all too decent for me! :D

    Well, I think it's a moot point because there is no way we get Lewis. But, assuming Lewis gets what he wants, it would take Battier, Alston, Sura's expiring deal, and probably Spanoulis to even get the money to match, but can Seattle get a better deal elsewhere? Would they want that much salary in return? Would they want to be stuck with Alston's contract? I highly doubt it.

    While I would love Lewis as a combo forward in Adelman's scheme (though his defense and rebounding would be limited), I don't see it happening. Regardless, we can't sign him in free agency, so I don't see how signing a four is mutually exclusive.
