One thing to think about too is that Antonio has a place here in Houston and loves Houston like most players around the league. Not saying that this will be the deciding factor, but its possible it could play a role if in fact he wants to be in a city he's familiar with.
Find a way to ship out Head, Hayes and Francis. Pick up Deke, McDyess, and Damon Jones. Jones can hit the open 3 and he's just sitting at home right now being paid by the Bucks. Maybe he'll take a home town discount.
Listen noob, i'm not the one people are telling to stop posting. Your mindless posts contribute absolutely nothing to this forum and your one attempt at displaying any type of basketball knowledge or understanding has failed miserably. While you're running around asking for Artest & T-Mac to get traded, hoping Rafer gets suspended and filling space with wasteful, half-witted posts like "we still haven't gotten this deal done yet... jeeze..." and "......................" you're shamelessly displaying your lack of understanding regarding team chemistry. Give it up. Go back to the ESPN.com boards.
Damon Jones!? Hell no. Think Luther Head with worse defense, dribbling and passing skills. Hayes stays.
Can read or something? I said the post about Tmac and Artest wasn't even serious and it was a joke. You say I have no basketball knowledge but you are the one that claims all this junk about McDyess when you haven't even seen what he can do for this team yet. By making those claims you basically are on the same level as the people on here who say Yao should go but no one has seen what he has done yet cause the season really just started. You just assume but dont really think. Being a contributing member doesn't mean you know it all too, noob. Maybe you should go on the ESPN.com or whatever and do some homework before you yap off. Oh yeah, I never, ever go on any other sports board... I'm with ClutchFans for life fool.
Yeah w/e, maybe I haven't been a member for a long time but that doesn't mean I don't know my basketball. It's my life and I live and breath it 24/7 365.
I'm a member as much as you and I dont care about earning respect from morons who get full on themselves for being on this board longer cause at the end, it's just a number and not much more.
This keeps getting better and better. Yeah, you got me. In your incoherent rambling you just discovered my secret urge to have Yao traded. Yeah, the guy schooling you on the importance of team chemistry wants Yao traded out of the blue. Good observation. Look man, i'm done with this. You're at the point where you don't deserve a response. Feel free to say whatever you want and in the unlikely event we sign McDyess i'll keep you in mind. You can keep stumbling through this thread acting like we would be signing the McDyess of 10 years ago instead of for what it's really about: veteran leadership & spot minutes. That's fine. Keep throwing **** at the wall. Eventually something will stick. Carry on, noob.
He ain't coming to Houston so its done. Rule #1...Check before posting, cause you might end up looking stupid. Look two posts up from yours r****d. I'll post the link for you again so you won't miss. http://www.clutchfans.net/news/1501/morey_mcdyess_wont_be_in_houston/
Okay, I lied. You'll get one more response from me before you're eternally mocked & ignored. WHERE AT ANY POINT DID I SUGGEST THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN OR SHOULD HAPPEN? This is actually kind of funny. I said all along that I would pass on him and I just called the move unlikely in my last post. Enter you, the guy with no familiarity with the NBA salary cap and the guy acting like the move was imminent. THIS ENTIRE THREAD YOU'VE BEEN BEGGING FOR THIS MOVE TO HAPPEN NOW YOU CALL ME THE IDIOT FOR SAYING IT WOULDN'T/SHOULDN'T HAPPEN ALL ALONG? Unbelievable. You have no shame and for that reason i'll back off for real this time.
