yao is a better offensive player in my opinion. knows how to score inside. beautiful hook, great freethrow shooter, better post moves and touches. can hit midrange shots. while DH used to dunk alot untill this year. on defense: DH is better ofcourse.

 

Please son, don't undervalue Hayes. He's better than half of the centers in the NBA

 

Agreed. Rockets homers think we're actually a threat with just a defensive big haha. We weren't a threat even in 2005 with a healthy tmac and yao. The last time we were close to being a threat is when artest was in town... if we had tmac and yao 100%, we would've been a threat

The team, as constructed now, is nowhere near a threat. Its fun bball to watch sometimes but not going to get us anywhere near the finals
