Wings are SGs and SFs. They both play on the left/right side of the court, hence the term "wings".

Also, maybe Bonzi Wells? I think it could be Salim Stoudamire since we were working him out and he could play the 1 or 2.

If its an undrafted free agents, here are some that I think would be good.
AJ Abrams- Amazing shooter but undersized. Texas
    Antonio Anderson- Good Defender. Memphis
Josh Carter- Very athletic. Good shooter and above average defender. Texas AM
Dionte Christmas- Amazing shooter and pretty good defender. Temple
Paul Harris- Is 6-4 but he plays like a 6-8 PF. Syracuse
Stephon Jackson- One of the best scorers in NCAA last season. UTEP
Jerel McNeal- Very quick, great defender and can play 1/2. Marquette
KC Rivers- Streaky Shooter and gets lots of steals. Clemson
Joe Ingles- Point forward, Great scorer. Australia
    Wesley Matthews- Good slasher. Marquette
Dar Tucker- Tough, Athletic, good rebounder. Depaul

As many have already posted, a wing is a SF or a SG. I'm assuming the this guy that is coming in tomorrow can play SG. I know SF and SG are usually interchangeable but we happen to have two SF who cannot dribble much so they cannot play much SG offensively. We need a true SG really soon.

Please tell me this kid can help Brooks/Lowry bring the ball up the court and create a little for himself.

nice post sir. I like Salim Stoudmire as well, but maybe DM has another prospect up his sleeve. Then again this is just for camp fodder, if we suddenly have roster space I bet Pops, Conroy and Temple would have first crack at it.

Beck was pretty decent for the Spurs Vegas Summer Legue team. I wonder if Yoyo and RAID remember him since we caught at least one of their games.

I admit my mistake,I've thought of Wally only as an SF,and not someone who can play both spots.

However it looks like he's a headcase as well (thrown out by his national team). Mccants, Wafer and now Beck...how hard is it to get a dynamic bench scorer who doesn't have personality issues?

No - what they are saying is that a wing is EITHER a SG OR a SF.

Like - no requirement to play SG and SF - just either one will do.

(unless you're saying you've got that now - in which case I apologise sincerely!!!!)

Green got dropped by the Mavs. That makes the Wolves, us and the Mavs who dropped him despite his potential. Doesn't that tell you something? I'd rather trade back for White then give Green another turn
