I saw Dragic play he looked great as a backup. he has a smaller contract and he can do everything AB can do and he's probably a better and stronger defender. He's better than AB as a backup. AB was never accepting his backup role and I don't know if AB was recovering from his injury or that he's still not happy with his contract situation not being extended. And losing battier isnt so much of a loss..he had a big contract and was a great leader and speaker but this isn't politics. He would be a great politician but we all know his defense (due to his age) is overrated and Budinger and Williams are much better scorers. Battier has lost his athleticism and he's just a liability on offense and overrated on defense. The best player on the other team that he's guarding will still drop 30 on him.
Hopefully Thabeet will realise some of his potential. Hopefully I would be happy if he turned into shawn bradley or manute bol. But if not, it was still worth the risk.

Yeah Morey couldn't attract any big stars but other than that he did good.

Clutchfans hate people who say things that are right and have proof to back it up like games or results. You have to have pics or GTFO. Mostly blackmail or contributions to the site might work better. Truth has no place here.

That's what separates me from the multiple green rep bar members. I don't sugarcoat ****! Its better to confront the truth/fear than run away from it in denial. I think everybody has gotten use to me, when I speak people listen :)

I thought most of you would agree with me:S ...is it because of the battier comment? I seriously feel rockets have improved by giving battier's minutes to budinger and terence williams alone. Not sayin battier is a horrible player..he's a great addition to a championship challenging team..not a team tryin to get a playoff spot with no stars.

The use of the word "actually" in the thread title made me LOL. It's like you didn't expect him to make a good move. Tell me, what moves has he made that actually haven't been good?

You're talking about a guy that picked Chase Budinger at #44 in the 2009 draft for $3 million. Morey has put together a team that is contending for a playoff spot without its franchise player(s). I'd say he is doing a damn good job.

It has nothing to do with what you said, but rather that this has been discussed and/or is being discussed in many other threads.
