You're fighting a losing battle, Cat. Just get used to it or add some people to your ignore list. I don't know what to think about this trade because I don't know anything about Gado. I'll have to read up about him when I have time.
admitedly, I'm a fan of morency. honestly I heard something, I believe on preseason game between gb and cincy, that the packers were dissappointed in gado. I should say performance. but looking at the numbers, they seem decent.
What a cowardly thing to do, it is easy to ignore people without putting them on an ignore list. That just smacks of a "lack of backbone". DD I think I am on his ignore list
Even if you're not sold on his skill, he's probably one of the strongest character guys in the NFL. Hands down. Sherman probably had a lot of say-so in this move. A little background on Gado: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samkon_Gado
I like the move, and you have to think that Sherman (whom has coached both) knows which one he prefers, and it clearly was not Morency. DD
Morency didn't fit this system and Gado does. Gado had a great end of year last season. He had 25 carries, 103 yards against ATL on the road. He had 26 carries, 111 yards against PHI on the road. He had 20 carries, 75 yards against the CHI on the road. And lastly, 29 carries, 171 yards against DET. But he had only 65 yards on 27 carries in the preseason. Still an upgrade IMO.
Can't we just blame this on the past regime and welcome Samkon into the fold. I know when he played last year he was quite good. Morency has not done anything, Sherman has seen both as was stated and liked Gado more.
by the way...in regards to your quote...how many programs have a better record against top 10 teams?? top 10 teams are kinda hard to beat. that's why they're top 10 teams. and the longhorns are the reigning national champs, da da. please tell me you lost a sig bet.

Good stuff, thanks. I liked Morency, but I'd rather have someone with more NFL experience. With that in mind, this seems like a good trade.
The guy grew up in Nigeria and South Carolina. Coming here from Green Bay, maybe he's just getting warmed up.
The guy doesn't take anything for granted, and he puts forth great effort.. he's one of those "every day I'm alive is a blessing" guys.. you can always expect him to leave it all on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing him run here, as long as he keeps Dayne off the field.
