    the way the sky looks right now - we may not get very many. last night on the news they said it wouldn't get bad until 11:00...

    that's roughly 4-5 toddlers or 2.5 8-10 year olds.

    the real question is what to do with that 1/2 of-an-8 year old that wouldn't fit in the freezer...

    I have about 7 bags of candy remaining as I overestimated the number of children that would knock on our door.

    8 total trick or treaters.

    That's what happens when you live in a neighborhood comprised of almost all 40+ year olds. Dang no-children yuppies.

    What time do they stop coming usually? I've had about 22 as of now and they each get 4 items of candy. I've never had this problem before because I lived in an older neighborhood where kids didn't go. LOL

    I was afraid I bought too much candy. Now, I'm not sure I bought enough.

    THEY'RE EVERYWHERE! HELP!

    Hmm...haven't really had any since 8 pm. I guess that is close to the cut-off. I don't have much candy left but I still have enough for a dozen or so. I've probably had 35 total. Not bad considering I've had about 3 total for every year previously that I've been on my own.

    We took our kids to Katy Mills. Worst freakin' idea ever. It was packed and the lines were long to get whatever candy there was, which wasn't a lot. Never again.

    Usually, I get anywhere from 20-50 depending on the day of the week and the weather. This year - 2 - my neighbor's daughters. The weather just sucked.
