He doesn't serve me or my country. The man has gone out of his way to give my children and grandchildren an unconscionable Federal debt to pay for with their taxes, and putting aside the corruption that flourishes around him, the man has been a failure as President, and a failure as a conservative. He's grown the Federal government to unprecedented levels, grown the budget deficit to unprecedented levels, grown the trade deficit to unprecedented levels, stretched our military to the breaking point with his decision to invade and occupy Iraq, helping to promote terrorism in the process, along with expanding Iran's influence in the region, and made an absolute mess of our relations with the rest of the world and our allies.

If that is being "served," I'll pass, thank you very much.

    Keep D&D Civil.

"But income at the 99th percentile rose 87 percent; income at the 99.9th percentile rose 181 percent; and income at the 99.99th percentile rose 497 percent. No, that's not a misprint.

Just to give you a sense of who we're talking about: the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center estimates that this year the 99th percentile will correspond to an income of $402,306, and the 99.9th percentile to an income of $1,672,726."

    From the Krugman article: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=109450&highlight=krugman

I would call someone with an income of $1,672,726 or higher (mind you, that is income, not wealth) as "ultra-rich." And those are the people who are gaining ground under GWB. The rest of us are treading water.

Oh, we're being "served" all right. Unfortunately, it is in the way that rappers mean it.
