Speaking of forgetting...did you forget that 2-23 team had no Yao or Taylor and very little Glen Rice? That Griffin was a rookie? That Cat played most of that season on bad ankles? That no one on this board is denying the improvement from TMo last year to this?

    Your comparison is seriously flawed.

What happens if Steve is out a few games and the team wins them with Mooch at the helm (God forbid). Do we have a quarterback controversary?. Too late to do anything about it. But if Cat continues to carry the team, do we have a problem?.

I hope Steve doesn't take it personally

Yes, but we were, I guess, 26-31 with him. There's no need to compare to this season...Compare games with and without Steve from last season.

Anyone who even jokes about the team being better without Steve must be, well, joking.

correct me if i'm wrong but with Steve at the helm we lost to the three worst teams in the league this season, and then turn around and beat some good teams. It all sorta rides on his performance when he and cat are playing 40+ a game.

He has learned from what Steve did wrong and improved himself or at least he 'gets it'. Hopefully, Steve does too.
