    Actually, I thought that the picture where he is shaking Ming's hand is a good one...I mean, he is not looking in his eyes, but at least he is not being an ass and he is greeting Ming.

    I thought that Ming's whole introduction was well organized and that the team seemed to be open and friendly towards him.
