I think Moochie might try to trade some of his hair to JVG for some playing time.

Maybe he meant he's like them because he is fast and quick to the basket.

Poor Moochie. I'll give the guy this year to re-prove himself. Who knows? Maybe Moochie will correct his game this season under JVG.

Joe Fan why don't you finish the statement Moochie made so we can understand where he was coming from.

Hey, I'm sure Jason Collier is a nice guy, but I don't want him comparing himself to Tim Duncan and Yao, either.:)

I think Moochie could be a good player. Although, I do understand why everyone is so down on him. I think Stevie and Cat have been a bad influence on Moochie. Moochie sees Steve and cat dribbling out the clock and throwing up wild shots and Moochie tries the same thing.

Sometimes I think our guards are forced to dribble and shoot because our offense has little motion. Maybe with a new coach we will get an offense that doesn't rely so much on the guards. I have seen Moochie make some big shots in recent years and sometimes he seems more like the pure point guard that everyone wants.

Moochie is far from our biggest problem.

    OK, let the flaming begin.

Maybe he meant Stevie Wonder. Sometimes his shooting does deserve such a comparison.

Charlie and Rich sorta made fun of Moochies statement when it was repeated during an update.

They were like, did Moochie just compare himself to Francis and Iverson?

The only thing Moochie was good for was his bobblehead. I made a couple of hundred dollars selling that thing.

Moochie might benefit more from Van Gundy than any other individual on our team. If JVG is really that much of a disciplinarian, then maybe Moochie will be compelled to work out, eat less, and actually create shots for his teammates.

I can't believe we signed a quick point guard with a knack for hitting big shots and ended up with a overweight dribbler that can't penetrate a defense to save his life.

Moochie, Moochie, Moochie... we'll i think it's official, Moochie's hair has seaped into his brain.

He actually meant to compare himself to Mateen Cleeves and Earl Watson

Why was HE being interviewed? A deadbeat, the king of dribble mania, a blight on the soul of the Rockets. If the Rockets are going to sit pat and make no changes then expect more of the same.
MOOCHIE should be long gone before the start of the season if JVG talks to BBS Members!

Actually, Moochie is older, and has been around the league longer than Cat and Steve. Steve hadn't played the point before he came to the Rockets. He was probably looking for a role model on how to play point guard, and along came Moochie. So, we have him to thank for all the iso's.

Actually, I think everyone wants a pure point guard who can defend, and who can hit more than just the occasional "big shot".
What good is one big shot every month or two when he shoots 40% the rest of the time?

Actually, he's not far from our biggest problem. The Rockets only have 2 legitimate NBA guards, and they have to play 42 minutes a night because we can't afford to play our backups more than minimal minutes.
