I think most of the "Hakeem sucks" and "I knew Hakeem would suck" posts on this board are not directed at Hakeem himself. NO ONE is happy that it has come to this. They are directed at some posters on this board who basically called everyone non-Rockets fans for having the foresight to see this coming. We were, and are still, being labled "sellouts" traitors" and the ever so lovely"hatas" for having the nerve to say the Emperer has no clothes!
Toronto's own fans don't like Lenny Wilkens. There have been reports of him getting booed during pregame introductions in Toronto.
I just wanted to see some good basketball... I think it might have ended up upsetting me more than appeasing my want for good basketball.
