    I've always liked Monta. He could be a real spark off the bench. He wouldn't ask for much seeing he got his payday already.

    Monta looks washed up, man. Small guards who need to dominate the ball and can't shoot 3s at a high clip don't age well.

    You have to sell him on not getting a lot of minutes. Maybe Barbosa might fit in better. If he wants to join the family, cool.

    Never liked him, he actually played well with Carlisle in Dallas until they traded for Rondo and the fit went in the toilet, but last season he was just terrible.

    He's basically Lou Williams with less 3pt shooting, maybe slightly better defense...not sure how i feel about him here. Barbosa is probably a better fit if he comes at the minimum to occasionally play 10/15 minutes...

    Didn't expect a buyout though.

    I think he'd be a SOLID add. Super underrated, only 31, could prolly get him extra cheap too.

    Wow. Do we have to have a new "how 'bout ___?" thread every time some washed-up guy is cut by his team?

    Chucker gonna chuck, which is okay in this system if he can hit the 3. Which Ellis has proven he cannot do.

    In only ONE of his 12 NBA seasons has his 3PT% been as good as mediocre. The other 11 he ranged from poor to pitiful.

    Easy-decision pass on this selfish guy.

    I disagree man. The guy is a ball hog. He would not work in this system at all. We need him to be a 3 point shooter.
