Mike Tice is throwing red challenge flags so he can explain the obvious rules to the officials. 10 penalties for 70 yards vs. 4 for 25. I know there were some lame false starts on the Minny line, but there was more than one occasion of offsides on the Philly defense that didn't even get flagged.
