He came in out of shape and overweight. That was well documented.
Lol. Was it lost trust that created his trade request before last season or is this simply a pattern of behavior.

Did his paychecks quit cashing? Are the basketballs deflated? Are his dancers boobs deflated?

I wonder if Tilman will be to blame if he lands in philly and embids injuries cost him his career.

I don’t think this is true personally. I think a lot of evidence suggests Morey leaving was in large part because he knew what was going on with Harden

Also, if there is a universal truth on Clutchfans it is that any source who reports something against that posters narrative of choice is a hack being fed bad info.

Kendrick Perkins was talking about Westbrook and Harden wanting out early. He got his info from Westbrook. The first round of leaks was bombing the organization.

I’m more inclined to believe that the departure of D’Antoni had more to do with Harden wanting out than Morey leaving.

It’s easier for me to imagine a close bond between player and coach rather than player and GM. And that Harden’s first choice when the trade demands became public was New Jersey rather than Philadelphia also points to D’Antoni leaving being the key trigger event.

timeline wise, Harden was Brooklyn or bust before they hired Dantoni

For me the trigger event would have been when they got rid off all height around me and went to small ball.

    oh wait that was Morey

Ok, let me try that again. My trigger point would have been when I got paired with a broken fingered poor decision making former superstar whose image was even more tarnished than mine leading to a volatile situation that makes us both look bad if we don’t win it all in year one.

    oh wait. That’s on James.

guess I can’t quite do this right

Ah, OK. I suppose it’s possible that MDA mentioned to Harden that he’s planning on joining Nash/KD in BKN and that had an impact on him.

Who really knows, but I trust James to be honest more than Mr. Shut Up and Listen.

Nothing is really clear at this point and this is true of Harden's take on Paul, who by the way was looking pretty washed in his second season here.

What is illogical about this entire situation is Harden is taking the P.R. hit when he should be pushing it off on Tilman. Why hasn’t he been more aggressive in spinning the narrative, either in an interview or via leaks, that his sole problem is the cheapskate, meddlesome and brain dead owner that has wrecked the franchise? Not only would it gain him some public sympathy, it could force Tillman’s hand to dump him for a bag of beans. Like Bill O’Brien / Hopkins 2.0.

Because there's basically no way to spin this whole thing as being Fertitta's fault since it's obvious to all but Harden simps that it's Harden's fault......and there's no way to excuse his childish behavior.

The team catered to Harden's every desire and doing so put them in a tough position so now Harden wants out so that he can go to a team with a star who will carry him.

Now sure, there's an argument that they did the wrong thing by catering to a brain-dead player like Harden, but no one will fault anyone for that since if they didn't cater to him, he'd have just demanded a trade sooner.

Lol if he could he would have but he can’t because he’s just as much a part of the problem as Tillman.

...they gave 13 the keys to the franchise... instead he crashed it by running up on a curb while looking back at some a** walk by.

Now that is the thing that could lead him to being unable to find another employer i.e, team, despite his enormous talent.

Can’t wait to see your reaction when Watson asks out from those numb nuts over on Kirby. The organizations here aren’t run worth a damn, except for the Astros

Will you be blaming Fertitta for that too if it happens?

Ah, so being a millionaire ass kisser blaming someone else for Harden's actions is perfectly fine, but blaming that millionaire for their own actions is a bad thing now?

    Harden simps are really smart.

Occam’s razor never applies on this website. Harden wants what he thinks is an easier chance to win a championship. He wants to work at a new place. It doesn’t matter what percentage the Westbrook deal was him vs tilman. Or how the basketball ops team used or didn’t use an MLE one year.
