I'm OK with anything that lets us start the season on time. Another suggestion would be to finish 10 rounds and have everyone send a list to moe for the remaining two rounds.
There very well could be an option in Commissioner Tools to turn on retroactive stats - in which case, it really wouldn't matter that much. I'm in favor of the draft finishing on time, yes...but what happens happens.
Is it possible after the 10th round to assign the players we have already drafted to us? I'm asking because it would be easier to make a list on Yahoo once all the drafted players are gone. Can we just grab the guys we drafted ourselves? I remember a couple years back when me and my friends from highschool did a fantasy baseball league on Yahoo, we just picked up our own players so the commish wouldn't have to do it himself.
Oski - I don't think that's an option, and in any case, there's too much potential for someone to pick up all of the good players and ruin the league.
Ok - We need to have Round 10 complete by tomorrow. Everyone please prepare a list and send them to me moestavern19@yahoo.com for rounds 11 and 12. Im inputing the rosters on Tuesday Morning no matter what. You need to have your list sent to me by Noon CST on Tuesday.
moe, like mfclark said, there is a retroactive stats option in the commish tools. Just change it to "yes" (currently set "no") then whenever the draft is finished load the rosters, get everyone to set their lineups and yahoo will automatically update the fantasy points. This tool is used for leagues that join after the season has started or if their draft isn't finished before the season starts.
