Modern Day Benedict Arnold: What will happen to him and what SHOULD happen to him?

Hey, I was an idiot, what can I say. I'd like to think I've calmed a bit. Hell, since it's been so long since you've called me out unprovoked, I must have!

 

I'm sorry but death would be too easy for this guy. IMO what he did was 10x worse than Johnny Jihad. Johnny Jihad wasn't posing as a US soldier. I'd love to hand the guy over to the Republican Guard in exchange for one of our POW's or drop him off in the middle of the desert.

 

If he refused an order, then yeah, he would have been arrested. Should have been, at least. I don't know the whole story.

It's my understanding that he didn't so much tell his CO "I refuse to fight" or anything like that, he basically just flipped. But again, don't know the whole story.

 

Feels like old times! All we have to do is bring back LHutz, Dreamshake, and others and it'll be 2001/2002 all over again!

 

This guy is dead, everything after this is a formality.

 

He should be flayed alive and forced to eat his own skin. Then they can take some red hot coals and shove them up his rectum. Then he can have all of his bones broken. Then leave him in the middle of the desert to live out the rest of his short life in agony until he a) bleeds to death, b) dies of dehydration, or c) is eaten by some desert scavenger.

 

Call me what you like, but I don't think it's a good idea to let a guy named Asan Akbar, who according to the Army spokesperson, was "having what some might call an attitude problem" before this incident, to be anywhere close to important members of the 101st. I guess hindsight is 20/20, though...
