The return of aelliott! Where have you been, man?

Between work and building a new house, I haven't had much time.

Was anybody else surprised when they mentioned that Taylor's game last night was a career high and only the 2nd time that he's scored 30 in a game? To average 15 or 16 points for a couple of years and not crack the 30 point mark more than once is really unusual. I would have bet money that he had more than one 30 point game during his Clipper days. A good bar bet would be 'Who's career best in points is higher, Mo Taylor or Shandon Anderson?' Answer: Shandon Anderson, who's posted two 35 point games.

aelliot, I don't like your attitude this evening, get back to building your house.

Why can't you people be more close-minded when concerning the Rockets. Be a little more bias.

Philly lost to Charlotte by 1 tonight, but Iverson put up 47. 42 per game for the week is pretty tough to argue with as far as playe of the week goes.

When talking about TMac as player of the week, he has put up good stats and the fact that the team did go 0-2 should not disqualify him, but this should:

"Shandon Anderson and Mobley took turns on McGrady before Williams took the assignment down the stretch and held him scoreless in the final 7 1/2 minutes." From the Cronicle.

No way anyone, atleast not aspiring to be player of the week, should go scoreless against Wiz for nearly 8 mins. [IMG]

yes you win, he should have had more rebounds. Maybe you and TheCat would like to change rpg to "reaches per game". Maybe then Mo could actually have a double double.

I love the wins, and I'm glad that they come regardless whichever mercenary is part of it. However, call me traditional, I think that power forwards should rebound.

Other than that, decent d. Monday's game against POR should be fun. I suspect Mo will keep Sheed edgey and busy. Pray for a couple of ts.

Its all good. But you know what, if you are so traditional then why aren't you all over Steve? I mean really he is not even in the top 15 in the assist category and a traditional PG should have way more assists.

Personally I think his game is perfect but for sake of argument I just thought I would like to hear how you would respond.

One reason: I'm not afraid that Steve is going to leave next year.
