Taylor's suspension will begin with tomorrow night's game between the Houston Rockets and the Orlando Magic, and will continue until he has resumed full compliance with his treatment program. The NBA, NBA teams and the NBPA are prohibited from publicly disclosing information regarding the testing or treatment of any NBA player in the program, other than to announce a player's suspension or dismissal from the League. http://www.nba.com/rockets/news/Taylor_Suspended-89674-34.html SMOKIN' MOtay IS AT IT AGAIN!!!!!!
can we have a single season without major issues for the love of God!!!!!!! I say Padgett and Braggs can cover his 14/7 he had the other night... This is bad for Mo, but not terrible for the team. It sucks, but this will have minimum affect.....he was either in foul trouble or 14/7 and we can cover it with our subs... you watch, Padgett will drop 8-10 and 3-5 rebs and Braggs will carry 5-8 points and 3-5 rebs Bad for Mo, Mo will be on the expansion list now next year....guarantee it.....that is what my friend Louis says and he is in the know...that and my mouse in my pocket
I've always defended him as a good pick-up for the Rockets. I was very very wrong. I'll refrain from what I really want to say.
Could be a good chance for Griffin to realise that he's not the only one whos got problems - perhaps he'll be able to get his head together, get himself sorted out and thinking basketball again!
I don't think so. 2 out of 10 games would eaqul to 16 games out of 82. Yao and Steve might be the only players to have such an impact on Rockets.
Mo was already guaranteed to be on the expansion list, just because of his contract. But this more than anything likely confirms the Bobcats will pass on a no-rebounding, weed-smoking, high paid power forward.
Griffin and Mo will now be serving ice cream at Stucchis in the Greenway plaza during their suspensions...just announced byt he Rudy T Organization...a free autograph, a bag of chronic and a souvenir bullett casing from Eddie's driveway with every waffle cone ordered at Rudy's Stucchis ice cream parlor!!!!!! New faces of the Charlotte Bobcot!!!!
Wow. I just saw this. This is terrible. I really like Mo and was really looking forward to him finally silencing the haters, but he really screwed up. I agree with MacBeth. The drug laws are stupid (especially wrt pot), but Mo promised to abide by them and he's really let the team down. I'm very disappointed in him. I like Braggs and Padgett too, but they can't fill the void Mo leaves. This hurts us.
I suppose one good thing to come out of this is it opens the door for Eddie to prove himself, if he does get treated for depression. I hope the best for the team.
I remember him saying that it was a problem, and implying that his use was frequent, but that it wouldn't happen again. I wondered then if he could keep clean. If it's a regular happening it would pretty much recquire all new friends and a new social scene to put a legitimate end to it. I'm really saddened about this. Mo T. screwed the team, himself, the fans, and it's a real problem.
you got to be pretty dumb to get caught for gettin high in the nba....my friend sells it to mo T and use to sell it to tito maddux too and he told me the league gives u a 30 notice b4 they test u so u must be pretty dumb to fail it...im dissappointed...atleast he coulda bought a cleaning product from high times
