Despite Bradley's batting average he has a great OBP because he draws a ton of walks, while someone like Tejada only gets hits and grounds into more double plays than he is due. I'd rather have Bradley hitting instead of Miggy.

I wouldn't doubt that there are writers out there that are twisting his words and making him out to look bad, but you know, the guy is a pretty easy target. You would think after all these years and the fact that he has played now for SEVEN teams would make him want to keep his mouth shut around the media. But alas, no. So, he should keep expecting this.

Bradley plays outfield. Miggy plays short.

You are right though. If you disregard performance relative to position, Bradley is a better overall hitter.

Miggy has the patience of a 4-year-old on a sugar high.

His attitude is crappy and unapologetic, the comment by itself is bad. But that wasnt a response to being asked "Do you like to work hard?" or "Do like playing baseball?" or "How do you intend to earn your paycheck?" He said that in response to the question of him being booed the hell out of by his hometown fans everywhere he went.

    I resent this comparison.

Well cut the guy a break, I mean he probably has a lot of other stuff going on, what with all his board games and whatnot. He is a busy man.

I think that's the reason he's such an a-hole. He was probably teased relentlessly growing up because of his name.

What about IT? There are people in IT that put in the bare minimum hours (or maybe even less) that can succeed if they're just better than everyone else in it.

He should think about going back to making board games.
