He still only threw 88 pitches to get 28 outs. Amazing.

i honestly think they are going to somehow overturn it, but it doesn't really matter, the moment was completely ruined.

 

going through a range of emotions...at the point where i'm starting to feel sorry for jim joyce.

 

I went through that phase but quickly decided he didn't deserve it.

I was starting to compare him to Bartman in terms of having to face public ridicule and be escorted out of the stadium.

was my prevailing thought as well, but the guy literally just ruined his life. he isn't a criminal, just a moron (understatement) ump who has to cope with this for the rest of his days.
