    It's not hard to say.

It's pretty safe to say that Jordan would not have won a Championship with Mike Brown as the Head Coach.

Jordan also had a guy who many says is a top 50 player all-time as his sidekick. Something LeBron hasn't come close to having.

Jordan never made it out the 1st round without Pippen so I doubt he would have won a title with that Cavs team.

most of those playoff experiences came whent he east was extremely horrible. Remember you didnt even need a .500 record to make the playoffs or something like that....they were going up against pretty bad teams, so one really great player like lebron could carry the team. I think those early playoff visits really gave the team alot of confidence, too much confidence and they rode that the next year and so on. this year they all had that swagger, dancing all over the place, celebrating, etc. Overconfident. Works during the regulr season, but late in the playoffs you need the talent to flow and fit well, which they didnt and therefore couldnt get by on Lebron's own talent anymore with a more competitive east.

Same thing with Kobe, like he asked to be traded a few years ago if they didnt get better players.

Let's see...retired vs. players in ...their prime?

Jesus Christ, learn to think. I wouldn't be able to make a proper analysis on the matter because I didn't see those older guys play, but I sure as hell wouldn't come and make a stupid statement thinking that it is the ultimate factor.

40 Fts. vs 30 Fts. OMG rigged
20 fouls vs 10 fouls OMG rigged

    No.

Good luck getting an answer to this.

Anyway, I didn't exactly see MJ complaining when he had Pippen and Rodman in 97. Give me both of them over Wade and Bosh anyday.

"Hey, I never would have signed up to play with Magic. I was just fine playing with the best SF in basketball and the best rebounder."

Jordan had no help his first 7 years in the league. he didn't quit on Chicago. He didn't sign with the Pistons because he couldn't beat them. he didn't call Magic and join the Lakers.

Maybe because he was in the middle of his contract, they had drafted one of the best young players in the league and perfect sidekick, had one of the 5 best all around PFs in the league in his prime, and the best young coach in the game?

Why did Jordan quit in 93 & 98? Where was his "competitiveness" then. In baseball and gambling?

This is all just BS conjecture. Besides, the only thing Jordan seems good at was playing the game of basketball. Not a great track record in life or other pursuits--maybe that is why Kobe is kinda of his buddy:p

Is it true that Kobe forced Charlotte to trade him to the Lakers?

    1. LeBron is not a GM......and he has never created a team and won't create one in the near future

    2. You question is really isn't relevant to the topic at hand. But I will answer it. One implies that you are a player who is requesting better players, the other implies that you are the GM creating a better team. LeDiva did neither.

    3. You use of the word hypocritical is not correct in this instance.

You don't know me, so how do you know what I'm saying is hypocritical?

Hypocrisy is the act of persistently professing beliefs, opinions, virtues, feelings, qualities, or standards that are inconsistent with one's actions.

    ***********

So what are my beliefs, opinions, and virtues? What are my qualities and standards regarding such situations? If you don't know the answer to these questions, which you don't, then you can't call me a hypocrite.

Go to a LeDiva forum please.....pretty please?

Kinda hard to quit when you are in the middle of a contract. I also didn't realize exercising your free agency rights was quitting.

It's interesting that these so-called truly elite players are judged by a higher standard. Most of the time, nobody questions a player's loyalty when he signs with or tries to get himself traded to a contending team.

For example, Houston fans didn't seem to mind too much when McGrady forced a trade to Houston in order to play with Yao. IIRC most people welcomed it.

Ageed, I definitely feel happy to be able to see the days of Hakeem, MJ, stockton(as much as we hate him), reggie miller(who even at the tail end of his career, refused to chase a championship), on top of all the guys it was really teh style of play, it was more physical. I never thought the day would come when players from europe come and say the NBA is tighter with fouls and less of a physical game and allows less. Such is the era of lebron, the nba changed its handchecking rule and that favors one on one play and athletic players over specified skills(which you still see with caremelo and the like, but not the way it was). I think phil and pippen said MJ would've averaged 50 in a league the way its called now. It's annoying to see the nba go down this route, and I just feel bad for the people whose main hoops was seen during this day and love to quote his inflated stats with the rule changes and talk about how great lebron is. He is the most athletic thing I have seen on the court, but thats about it
