Mixing it up: Yao in the high post

    Pros:

    Driving will be much easier for the guards
    Yao wouldnt have to bang with 7 footers each trip
    Giving Portland a different look.

    Cons:

    Offensive rebounding will suffer
    No post presence (though thats already taken away by fronting)

    I'm surprised we aren't running high pick n rolls more often. Yao came high a few times towards the end of game 3

    I, for one, would like to see it.

    Yao *can* consistantly hit that shot . . . with out a dribble
    I'd love to see them try and FRONT him there
    I trust him to make the right pass
