you people complaining about 14- or 24-hour drives. A couple of years ago, we drove from Austin to Yellowstone. It takes 3 days if you do it right (assuming that you spend the night in motels and don't try to drive all night). We didn't pace ourselves right and had to take part of a fourth day. It was fun, though. I don't regret doing it. The other people who went all flew, and they don't know Colorado and Wyoming like we do now.
