This is tasteless so i apologize in advance... Why does a real life case of this guy keeping popping into my head?
Hate to bring up this thread again, but the accused was granted bail today at a hearing. With Capital Murder Charges, this man is now out and about. Isn't that something?
thats sick. you got money you can get out on murder. grow some some while your broke and your stuck in jail. what a *****ing system

he was framed. someone ingenious put his finger prints on the duct tape used to tie her up and they must have known he went to school with her and had an unhealthy obsession with her and simultaneously rigged his life to appear as one of a loser. you havent followed any of this have you? her sister is doing well just by sticking with her job and school as it is. i think id take a semester off. someone should take this guy out and then get out on bail. murders not that big of a deal.
Actually, I think you only have to put down 10% on the bail. So, he would only need $20,000 cash upfront to get out.
meanwhile, one of my girlfriend's friend's husband, a "sex offender", was hauled off to jail for admitting to his probation officer that he spoke to his son on the phone when the kid answered the phone, not his wife, even though he's living three hours away and simply said "hey kiddo, can you put your mom on the phone". i don't get "justice" sometimes.
Let’s hope they have this guy on some sort of surveillance. You would think they wouldn’t just let him walk free. Is it normal for people accused of such a horrendous crime to get bail??
