it was a ridiculous experiment to give him the keys to the rockets. Many other GMs would have been rightly fired. Glad we’ve turned the page with Ime. He’d never put up with that circus.
His extension was very team friendly, they had the ability to cut him and the remainder of his contract before each season. Essentially only his first season was fully guaranteed. They really did not lose out on much at all, a couple of second rounders. He likely would have been not brought back once Ime retooled.
I don’t believe that. Stone has his guys and i’m very confident kpj’s option would have been picked up if it was possible.
