I'm sick and tired of hearing about this supposed McGrady-for-Billups/Prince "rumor". Nobody knows if it was even true in the first place, furthermore who here possesses the divine intuition it would have taken to predict this year's complete McGrady meltdown? Who here was really ready to go against the odds of messing with a 55-win team that just added Artest/Barry and got a healthy Yao back?

Please step forward and be recognized. Take a bow for the crowd while you're at it too.

First off, that trade might look nice but the contracts aren't since Billups & Prince would be on the books until 2011. DM says he's not about 2010 but doubt he would want 2 more contracts at an extra year on top of the end of T-Mac's contract. Plus you don't know if DM would have traded for Artest meaning we could possibly still have Jackson and Green. Don't forget, maybe Francis could have panned out with that team and AB would be 3rd string. What about Alston? I don't mind him being part of the 2nd unit. There's just too many factors to consider plus that team would be amazing defensively but not to sure about the offensive end of it.

    Go Rockets!!!

shane battier is on the books until 2011 and Morey took him like cheese to a rat.

to all those ppl saying we didn't want to mess with a 50 win team...we were always 50+ win team when injury free...whats going to suggest that we weren't going to win 50 games when we get a top10 PG and SF back?

offensively we would be even better than now actually since if artest can light it up, tayshaun is actually better offensively if he was given the touches
