What is wrong with our society that we produce such people?
While they are not a big number we really need to drill down into this.
    Easy answer is parents
    but
I think there are some environmental factors beyond their parents control
that contributes to this .. .

It's sad that these children feel they need to resort to doing something like this. Society can vilify these acts all they want, but that's what leads some kids to fantasizing about them. Social outcasts feel they are the villain in their society, so in order to feel successful they need to take this to the extreme.

Kids need to feel accepted and nurtured, or this will keep happening. Easier said than done though.

Call of Duty is training our future drone and Army robot operators. Didn't you know this? It's a secret CIA thing. It's true because I saw it on America's Book of Secrets last night on the Hitler Channel.

There is a ton of people who will never look at Easter Sunday the same way again! I'm glad they found this kid before he followed up on his plans! Sadly, this is not the last time we are going to be talking about acts like these! It's a sign of the times!

Wow, he really thought this one out.
He's a psychopathic genius tactician. Glad they caught him.

Well he is not really a genius tactician (thats a good thing) or else we would be all commenting on the horrific tragedy he caused.

What a ****ing dumbass. First, he writes down ALL of his plans handing the police a conviction. Then he agrees to talk to the police if they can "guess what he's doing", handing them probable cause to investigate and then arrest his stupid ass.

I come to the hangout for threads about women and sandwiches, not for threads that make me feel bad.

Well, he was planning on dying anyway. Why would he care if people found his notebook afterwards. He probably wanted them to, assuming his plan went off as intended.

He looks like the kind of kid that would get picked on in school. Was probably depressed but instead of just killing himself, he wanted to take others down with him before committing suicide by cop.

He is going to be tried as a juvenile. So that mean's he will get out eventually? Wonder what he'll do. Just do society a favor and put a bullet through his head right away.
