never thought about it like that. hate butter and margarine and if i put mayo or salad dressing on something it has to be a very small amt, just enough to sorta taste it, but nothing past that.

I drink a lot of milk. Horizon or Health Valley Organic, usually.
1%, 2%, skim, whole, chocolate, whatever, I don't care as long as it's organic- I've seen too many filthy dairy farms and know way too much about growth hormones, infected puss-oozing utters and antibiotics. Yum.

My family goes through 2 or 3 gallons of Soy milk a week, too. It seems delicious to me and is loaded with vitamins, protein and iron. Plant taste??? No soy cheese for me, though. Nasty, nasty stuff. I'm sorry, but give me real butter, sour cream and cream cheese and make it organic, please.

I like it as a treat, but to drink it everyday is not a good idea. Never saw that notmilk site, it was surprisingly gross.

I had a pint last night, glad I didn't read this first.

Next to Mello Yello, 2% milk is my favorite drink. I remember as a kid drinking this stuff constantly.

Now, I only drink it at breakfast time.

I drank skim milk for a time, but it always tasted flat to me.

My wife drinks soy milk, and when we were first married I tried some, its not bad. But I have
limited my soy intake since it was found to contribute to alzheimers and other brain problems. But anything in large quantities is bad for you.

As for me I am a 1% guy.

Hell yeah, codell. I drink about 4 to sometimes 6 of those a day and they have to be in an aluminum can. They do not taste the same if they are in a 2 liter bottle, or 12 ounce bottle, etc.

Actually, water is my 2nd favorite drink after Mello Yello, but I love 2% milk just the same.

Oh yeah, and stay away from Oak Farms milk. I don't care how thirsty you are.
