sad to say, but bonzi lately has been our quickest to the basket.
    quicker than t-mac.
we lose bonzi and we lose someone who cuts, rebounds, slashes, and who is an adelman player.

im thinking trading bonzi for miller would be a mistake.

also chemistry. bonzi and scola have really good chemistry.

Mike Miller is the truth and would fit in perfectly, at least on the offensive end.

What people don't realize is that not only is he a lights-out shooter, but he can play point forward effectively as well. He is an adept ball-handler, tremendous passer, and has a very high bball IQ.

Only concern about his game is that he slacks on D sometimes. Perhaps on a better defensive team like Houston he would be more dedicated though.

Bonzi is going to ask for CASH this summer anyways, so including him is not a deal-breaker for me. I don't want Cardinal coming back though.

I agree. He also has that quick catch and pass to Yao everytime, he fits the offense well. I also thought it was funny whoever mentioned that maybe the Grizzliez feel guilty about robbing Gay from us! :D

If only we could do both trades
    brooks/battier for artest
    wells/snyder/sf3/head/pick for mike miller

    pg: alston/tmac
    sg: tmac/miller
    sf: artest/miller

and james can play 5-10 minutes when he's not dreaming.

I like Mike Miller, but I am also worry about losing Bonzi. Head+Snyder+Francis+Cash+Pick would be ok.
Griz do not need Bonzi anyway and Bonzi is important to us.

Miller isn't just a three point specialist. You don't get a 50% FG average by taking just jump shots, no he will go to the rack and Bonzi isn't enough of an upgrade on the boards to nix it. Bonzi is a good player, but face it he's not going to come back next year, he wants money and we're not going to pay it. Would you rather rent Bonzi for the rest of the year essentially or have Mike Miller for the next few years.

Bonzi in the trade is a no brainer, but he's not going to be the centerpiece in any trade. What you should say is trading Landry or Scola for Miller is a mistake because that's what they would want. It might be that trading Landry wouldn't be the worst idea if they can't resign him next season and end up with nothing.

Everyone needs to calm down here. If we trade Head for Miller, then who exactly would we have to give up for Gerald Green?

I don't like including Bonzi and Francis. For Francis it reflects poorly on our management unless he opts out and resigns with us in the offseason. What is the maximum we can sign and trade Lampe for? What about Jon Barry, did we renounce him?

Brad Newley or a 3rd round pick in 2046. Maybe the rights to Mirsad Turkan.
