I would give up Brooks if we got Lowry back in the deal.

i would not trade bonzi for miller.

snyder could be a player the grizz wants, cause he is very athletic. if he doesn't work out for the grizz, he does have an expiring contract.

luther head is a young player that they may want.

mike james contract would save them some money...

    and...

lior eliyahu... a player that could have been with the rockets, if it wasn't for the veterans (francis, mutombo, james) or rookies (scola, brooks, landry)

i'd like to see this trade.

    Lior Eliyahu
    Kirk Snyder
    Mike James
    Luther Head
    Cash
    Picks

    for Mike Miller

if they want, they can have brad newly.

A quick release sharp shooter like MM would have huge effect in RA's system. We dont have one right now. Novak is servicalbe, but MM is way better.

It's tough to lose Bonzi. But look, he is not going to resign with us for peanuts next year. If traded to Griz, he would most def walk next year. So we are in a situation that we will have to make an offer for Bonzi next year anyways.

For this year, MM will have bigger impact than Bonzi IMHO.

People forget that Tmac and Mike Miller are really good friends from Orlando days. That might help.

I don't know what games you've been watching, but all I really see Bonzi do is half-ass it most of the time. When he gets the ball on the perimeter you can see him second guessing on whether he should attack the basket or take a jump shot. It usually end in the latter. Last night alone he got the ball twice on the perimeter. What did he do with it? He chucked up two threes and neither went in. All this after him saying he knows what his strengths are and was planning to go back to what works for him. Still no signs of follow through! The only thing he has done consistently is being consistently inconsistent. Dump his half-@ss!

The only thing he slashes is the drive-through line at Krispy Kreme!

LOL at all those people saying Bonzi is better than Miller. Mike's on a completely different level and I'd easily trade Bonzi for him. I mean I love Bonzi's good game twice every ten games, but he's been super inconsistent and frankly inefficient at times.

    Bonzi
    9.2 points per game
    5.1 rebounds per game
    42%

    Miller
    16.8 points per game
    6.5 rebounds per game
    3.6 assists per game
    50 FG%
    43 Three%

I understand Miller plays more minutes, but can't deny the difference in the shooting percentages.

my concern is that we've had enough playoff chokers already in Yao, TMAC, Rafer, Battier. It is a risk to add another one MM by trading away a playoff savvy Bonzi.

Dude, the Kings didn't even win that playoff series! Why call Bonzi playoff savvy? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

I think the fact that Morey and Memphis GM Wallace are good friends and former coworkers is more important. Still Wallace ain't stupid and I only give us an outside chance of getting Miller but don't expect James and Snyder for Miller. It'll cost us are 1st round pick and expirings or expirings and Landry.

They played the Spurs, I'd rather give up Battier in the deal. Imagine Mike Miller hitting all those 3s Battier would brick? Oh I forgot Battier brings the intangibles! :D hahaha

This is the part that always confused me about that argument as well. Maybe there's a reason Bonzi played well in that series, yet the Spurs still went on to win.

You're probably right.A 1st round pick plus expirings is fine with me but I wouldn't give up Landry for Mike Miller.
