Mike James is the type of player who plays better the more minutes he gets. If you look at his career, there's almost a direct coorelations between his minutes and shooting percentage - it's amazing. Unfortunately, he's never going to get minutes on this team because to do that, he has to perform, but for him to perform, he needs minutes. He's flat out of luck. And it's too bad, because he's a good guy.
