Mike James: I Have Returned Just Because of Coach Adelman

By CBA rule you can waive only the portion of it if this is the only way the trade can go down. It is possible some was waived by James to make the deal work.

 

lol. i was thinking the same thing. Seems like the writer really takes the "free" in freelance to a whole new level.

 

I don't believe it was neccesary, the salaries seem to work without the waiver.

 

I hope Mike James could shut his trap for the rest of his days in Rockets. But I figure that'd be harder than to ask him not to score.

I'd bet my pet dog that before the middle of the new season, he'd be yapping like there's no tomorrow, either saying that he is not allowed to score freely (if we happen to have a losing record) or that he has sacrificed his scoring so as to distribute the ball and help the team (if we happen to have a winning record). And I do love my dog very much.
