Well he's made more than 20 million in the NBA. The house itself isn't as big as some other players' houses. This one just has a lot of open space. The yard itself also doesnt seem too fancy and the pool is pretty basic. How much would a house like that cost? I'm guessing around 2 mill.
I used to live right around the corner from Mike James when he was a Rocket, he would use to walk his two pitbulls everyday, while I played basketball on my driveway, I remember him saing that he would be already in the "starting 5" at the start of the season the time the rockets had 5 point guards on the team at the time, he lied to me. lol
The land cost him over 2 million alone. I've actually been to his house. It's a nice place, though pretty standard for the newly built homes on the street. Unfortunately, I haven't seen him in a while.
