Can Someone find an email for Mike James via an official web site or a fan web site.

Lets send him some clutchfans Love and let him know how much we want him on the Rox next season.

Maybe I'm getting a little melodramatic here - It may be that I hate losing ANYTHING to the ___ing Mavericks - But maybe if he felt the fan's love it could impact his final decision.

Can anyone help get this baby started ???????

Good idea. The question is: Will Mike James check e-mail before he makes up his mind today ?

Who cares. Let the man walk if he wants. We'll boo him next year. Hope we play Dallas in the COnference Finals so we can boo him all series long. I'd take Ariza, Banks, and Cato over Mike James any day of the week.

Seriously, this is a little sad. We are starting an email campaign for this guy who just last year, we thought was worth trading for Rafer Alston.

Personally, I liked what we got in the trade for James, that being said having both Rafer and James would be really sweet, in essense we would have given up nothing for Rafer if he heads back.

I put that e-mail address on myspace Friend search and a profile with a bunch of Mike Jones songs was on the page...

Also, the profile was set up by a loser in Arlington, Texas:) which means that he is a Mavs fan probably.

What do the people who e-mail random Mike James related e-mail addresses have to lose today besides showing that they care big time that he signs with Houston (Mike James is whom a majority of the fans want on this Rockets squad as a nice piece to the puzzle so they can let it be known).

Agreed !!! It certainly can't hurt - Just send him some love - you never know what could sway him to make up his mind if it is a close race !!!!

    Include this material:

    NBA Transaction History: http://n-c-systems.com/hoops/

Here's a partial list of players who were "discharged" from the Mavs since 1995:

    Doug Christie
    Shawn Bradley
    Alan Henderson
    Mike Finley
    Dan Dickau
    Jason Sasser
    Felipe Lopez
    Greg Buckner
    Nick Van Exel
    Adrian Griffin
    Raja Bell
    Antawn Jamison
    Danny Fortson
    Antoine Walker
    Tony Delk
    Christian Laettner
    Eduardo Najera
    Raef LaFrenz
    Jiri Welsch

What's interesting about this list (when you compare it to a similiar list of ex-Rockets is what a HIGH PERCENTAGE of the ex-Mavericks are still in the NBA as compared to the ex-Rockets.

We've had very few tradable assets for years now....

    Who is churning players?

Somehow we need to make the case that wanting Mike James back is bigger than wanting him in the first place.

I sent an email to it... I bet that MJ doesn't check that address, but I do think that whoever does check it (webmaster, etc.) will notify him if he gets hundreds of emails asking him to sign with Houston.
