It's amazing how much he dominates the D-league and none of it translates to the NBA.

The dude KILLS that league but looks so mediocre in the NBA. Maybe he ought to go to Europe.

It would probably help If he would get some touches and more than just spot minutes...

He would be insane good If he was 6-8/6-9/6-10...

Yes it is amazing. The Reno team have to ex Rockets on the team DJ Strawberry and Richie Frahm on their team. I got to see the game lost last night and glad to have the Vipers continue to next round.

So, with the best of 3 series tied 1-1, the Rockets send in Mike "Ringer" Harris to win the series? As Clyde Drexler would say, "I like it."

The Rockets season will be finished soon. Don't Chase Budinger and Jordan Hill still have D-League eligibility? Just in case the Vipers need some help in the D-League finals or something...

It would be dirty of the Rockets to send in Budinger and Hill only for the playoffs. It would be an obvious move to stack the team for the playoffs instead of development.

So, we are honestly trying to develop Mike Harris' untapped potential?

Mike Harris is dominant in the DLeague because of hard work, he has wasted nothing.

True dat playa! Seriously though, he was instramental in our 22 game winning streak. I don't remember the exact game, but he scored 13 consecutive points to help us win.

Mike Harris contributed to that the Vipers all season. The Vipers wouldn't have had the #1 seed without his play. The Rockets swooped in and took the Vipers' best player right before the playoffs start.

Hill and Budinger had nothing to do with the Viper's success. It would be just stacking the deck.

Yea, like trading a scrub for a franchise center and then winning the NBA title...it happens.

I've always had a soft spot for AAAA guys. I think most of them (the good ones who stick around in the minors) good probably perform at least decently in the big leagues if somebody gave them a real chance instead of just a few at bats here and there when another player gets hurt.

The same is probably true for Mike Harris. The level of competition is certainly quite different and he'll never produce in the NBA like he does in the D-League. But I just don't buy that he would dominate so much there and not be able to contribute at a meaningful level in the NBA.

If he has no talent outside of D-League, isnt he fulfilling his talent?

I dare you to give a detailed analysis of Mike Harris and why he has wasted his talent.

The 94-95 Rockets were thorough. Change your moniker immediately.

Because he is a 6 foot, 5 inch power forward.
