Been wanting this guy for a while now. Expiring $10 million deal. BBiq running out his ears. Good shooter. Good cutter. Good length and quickness for defending at the SF spot. Unselfish. Likes to move the ball. He would be a great upgrade, especially if we can't get Melo.

LOL at Dunleavy being Plan B to Melo.

I don't want the Rockets to have anything to do with Dunleavy.

Yeah, he's too soft and doesn't play any defense.

Yeah we hate these kind of guys. Keep the Rockets soft-free!

Not that Kevin Martin is my favorite player, but he is much better than Dunleavy will ever dream of. He does only one thing, but he does it extremely well.

Wake me up when Dunleavy achieves even a fraction of efficiency as Martin.

You didn't get the memo in 2008 when Dunleavy, played in all 82 games and finished with a 60.5 TS% while averaging 19.5 points a game?

In 8 NBA seasons, Dunleavy has had one year (3 seasons ago) worth a dime in Russian rubles. The last two years he's done zippo. Why do the Rockets need a 30 year-old never-was on his downside? I'm not exactly on the C-Bud bandwagon, but I'd rather give him the chance to be the Rockets 5th/6th option instead of Dunleavy.

Seriously. Give some reasons on what you think he would add to the Rox at this point in his career.

Dunleavy an upgrade? Over who? We already have a younger version in Budinger. Pass.

Point forward playing ability that the team has not see since the days of Tracy McGrady.

    It's his own damn fault.

When you've missed so many games, the team's gotta work in somebody else to take the shots.

And his shooting has been poor the last 2 seasons.

Get tough, stay healthy and make shots and they will come.

Thugleavy had a chunk of muscle cut out around his knee area. Like Yao he basically lost a season and needed another to play back in.

A NFL player, I don't recall who, who had the same procedure, needed two years to get back to his former glory.

Dunleavy can be a nice gamble if no meaningful assets are given in return. Rockets can land another near 20ppg player, if they don't he's an expiring contract that can be used at trade deadline, and in the meantime can mentor Chase. The role Chase had in SL this year, that's Dunleavy's game.
