    Explain to me. . . . like a 2 year old. . . . . . How D'Antoni is better than Mike Brown

    Mike Brown 563-347 Winninng Percentage .616
    Mike D'Antoni 455-426 Winning percentage .516

    Easy to say . . . Well Mike Brown had LeBron
    but Mike D'Antoni had 2 time MVP Steve Nash

    Heck Mike Brown actually did better with the Lakers than D'Antoni

    Both are garbage to me!

    Lebron is a much much better player than Nash. That completely sums up the difference in winning %.

    I agree there is not much difference between the two, but the game is more likely to have passed by a disciplinarian defensive guy like Brown than it is to D'Antoni who at least partially fits with the direction Adam Silver, Referees, other coaches, other players and other teams are going.

    How D'Antoni is better than Mike Brown?

    A white man vs a black man, Les likely likes a white man better, not saying he hates a black man.:rolleyes:

    MDA offense requires lots of PNR.

    James Harden is excellent at running the PNR.

    It's a shame we don't have prime Amare on this roster.

    Mike D has shown that he can get a lot out of players offensively. Guys like Nash, Felton, and Lin all had the best runs of their careers with him. There is a chance he can make the Rockets offense and Harden incredible.

    I think we will have free Pringles on Toyota center with Mike D'Antoni. They decided to go with that decision than having free potato heads under Mike Brown.

    Let's just say you're in the mood for a hamburger. But your only options are a hot dog from James Coney Island or a several hours old hot dog from the gas station.

    D'Antoni = James Coney Island
    Brown = Gas Station

    Neither or what you want, but one is clearly more palatable than the other.

    And?

    It's silly to think we have to match that Suns team.

    Would JVG be mediocre without a dominant center like Yao or a playmaking wing in McGrady?

    Would Vogel be medicore without a great two way wing player in Paul George?

    Mike Brown didn't coach. D'Antoni tried to coach and made things worse.

    One is a zero and the other is a negative. My math teacher told me that zero is more than negative. OK, that's a kind of math that's too deep for a 2-year-old. :grin:

    With the 2012 Lakers, Mike Brown lost all 8 preseason games and went 1-4 in the regular season. .076 winning percentage. (or .200 winning percentage if you only count the regular season).

    D'Antoni took over the team and went 40-32. .555 winning percentage.

    D'Antoni > Mike Brown.

    The year before Brown had the lakers 41-25 and went to the SemiConference Finals .621 winning percentage

    Something D'Antoni has not done since NASH was a near MVP (2007)
