The only plays that made Lawson look like a capable basketball player was Harden setting a pick at the top. Lawson drove or dished it back out to Harden. Happened multiple times. Harden also set the pick for Terry in the same situation.

If Tony Parker were out of the picture I could understand a Spurs interest in Conley. Old as he is (in basketball years), Parker's still there. If the Spurs have any significant money, you'd think they'd aim elsewhere.

Conley looks to be underappreciated in this year's free agency.

He is one of the first guys I would target for the Rockets.

    For real...

Besides obviously Durant, we should throw the max to Conley and then horford if we can't land neither. Whiteside is a risk in my opinion

Conley would be my #1 target...
Pursuing Durant looks to be a waste of time... like pursuing Melo while missing out on Lowry...

Agreed. Plus, getting a Conley starts to make the destination a little more attractive for a Durant, or whoever else.

We should target our next top pick (aside from Durant) and make whoever that is feel like they're our #1 guy.

You would think we sign Conley as our first priority to help lure Durant and make Houston more appealing

It's most likely due to the $25 million starting salary he's going to command.

Offer Conley the max at 12:01, and don't look back.

probably the only other FA beside Durant, Bron, and DeRozen that you'd be able to say is worth the max with a semi straight face (17/7 with low turnovers and a high shooting percentage).

That should be our #1 focus pure and simple. He's gonna get the max; it should be from us. If he leaves Memphis for another team, it better be Houston or it's a big fail on our part ...in addition to being frozen out of the Durant interview process (which is a huge indictment of our MGMT).

Totally agree. Since Durant's not even giving a look at Rockets, Conley and Horford(?) should be our #1 priority.

Out: Dwert, Mchale, hack a dwert, players only meetings, iso ball

In: Conley, Horford, Dantoni, players moving when they don't have the basketball

    I'd be down with this.

Man, that sounds really good. I'd be down with that. I just hope Harden would be down with that, too.
