For the record: 1. McHale isn't a bad coach. There are just a lot of haters. 2. Anybody is better than Mike Brown.
Mike Brown isn't going to be the head coach for anybody for a couple of seasons, and the reason why is the same reason why prematurely axed head coaches always sit out for a period of time before returning to coaching: the dude has guaranteed dollars coming his way, and, therefore, he has zero financial incentive to do anything but bide his time as a talking head for ESPN. Nobody is going to be willing to pay him more than what the Lakers had agreed to pay (and still are paying) him, so he makes just as much money sitting around twiddling his thumbs as he would by returning to coaching anytime soon. This thread is the latest example of why it's important to understand the business/economic aspects of pro sports.
Horrible thread but I will entertain your idea. The rockets have not have very many practices together. How quickly we forget, people use to complain about the same thing when Adleman and JVG where coaching. This things take time, they play together the better they will play. Give Mchale some time please.
As long as your starting point guard is a player who can't shoot, dribble or defend and airballs wide open three, it doesn't really matter.
Hahahahahahahhah good one! Mike brown hahahahahahaahahaha!! Who should we try to draw out of retirement ? The Dream or Yao Ming? And why??
