This kid is a 6'6" - 6'7" 8th grader...Other than his height and hops, his court vision is advanced for his age. Still growing too! <object width="560" height="349"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1hOIvYXWjHM?version=3&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1hOIvYXWjHM?version=3&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="560" height="349" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hOIvYXWjHM&feature=player_embedded
Get on them weights, keep the swag. I really like when he got his jersey tugged on the backscreen (1:55) and still was able to finish strong.
Finished strong with contact and the obligatory teamate hand slap at 1:14-1:18, though I'd like to see that turned into a high-five.
lol of course his court vision is good.. 8th graders!! But he does look pretty advanced for an 8th grader!
yea, this kid seems like a unique prospect. He is just going to high school and a 6'6, guard skills, he is quite an amazing passer with great awareness and IQ, he has a very mature game. If he doesn't plateu at the very least he will be a college star. He still seems like his fitness, quickness, and agility could use work. If he does get on top of that and grows as well, we might be looking at a very unique prospect
Is he really 6'6 though? He looks taller than everyone else but they must all be at least 6feet tall too? In 8th grade non the less?
that;s what i was thinking... but at the end it says 17u championship game, so maybe this is him playing with older kids? the black kid with the kid'n'play haircut it notes is named jaquan lyle - per google he's 6'4, and class of 2014.
Who was the last 6'9, 6'10 guy with solid athletic ability, a set 3 pter and amazing court vision... wait...
